Track Your Shipment
Frequently Asked Questions
Question: How do I file a claim?
Answer: Click on this link and follow the instructions to submit a claim
Question: How do I track my shipment?
Answer: From any page on our TMS, there is a universal search bar that says "Track Your Shipment." You can enter any reference number attached to the load to track your freight.
Question: What happens if the estimated weight of the shipment is incorrect?
Answer: You will be billed and/or charged based on the shipments actual weight and actual dimensions. If the tendering company provided a rate based on 300lbs and the actual weight of the shipment once the carrier picks the shipment up is 500lbs then the additional cost for this shipment will be added to the final invoice, or automatically charged to the credit card if it was a pre-paid shipment.
Question: Will I be provided documentation to support and/or justify additional charges?
Answer: Yes. You will be provided with a POD (proof of delivery) that will accompany the invoice with detailed shipment information and any changes the carrier noted.
Question: What if I over-estimate the weight of the shipment? Do I receive a credit back for that shipment?
Answer: Yes, a pre-paid shipment will receive an automated credit to the method of payment used. An invoiced shipment will receive a credit on the next invoice.
